Need a healthy and delicious dish to get you over the hump day? I recommend my Garlic Mushroom Asparagus! On top of being tasty, Asparagus is rich in antioxidants and a great source of fiber! Enjoy! XOXO Michele Bohbot
Ingredients:
1. Asparagus
2. 1/2 box of sliced mushrooms
Ingredients:
1. Asparagus
2. 1/2 box of sliced mushrooms
3. 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic
4. 2 Tablespoons of soy sauce
5. A dash of Tumeric
6. A drizzle of Balsmic Vinegairette
Preparation:
1. Throuroughly wash the asparagus and boil until tender.
2. In a separate pan, mix 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, soy sauce, tumeric and garlic. Add mushrooms and sautee in mixture until cooked.
3. Once asparagus is tender, add into mixture and sautee for 1 addtional minute.
4. Lastly, add a drizzle of vinegairette and enjoy!
